So This Journey Begins Here

Hello. I am Ashley Townsend-Daniels. The CEO of Business Grace. I was so excited to start my coaching business to help start-ups and entrepreneurs. I started doing some of what I thought I should and every step of the way I felt more and more disconnected to my business. I started to struggle a lot with continuing forward. I also didn't want to talk about my struggle but I also think I did. I think I wanted someone to see me and want to talk to me about why I haven't moved forward with it.

I guess since I am seen as the "strong one" or the one who has it all together, no one really knew what I was dealing with behind the scenes. As cliche as it is to say make sure you check on your strong friends, it was true. After some meditation and getting more strict with checking in on myself, I realized I tabled apart of me that was always very important to my overall identity. I am a writer so welcome to my blog. It is going to be a journey of getting back to me and finally figuring out how Business Grace will work.
